Fee Information
- The Wishing Well will respond to all requests for services within 24 hours.
- 24 hour notice is requested for all services; however, if possible The Wishing Well will attempt to meet every request.
- All monthly packages and annual service packages must be paid in advance.
- If clients need additional hours over their monthly/annual package, they can either choose to purchase a la carte hours or another package.
- All services requiring two people will be billed at time and one half.
- Cost of any purchases made on the client's behalf is NOT included in the hourly rate and will be charged to the customer at time of service.
- Hourly rate begins from the time the office is departed or when the service is initiated until the requested task is completed.
- Special Scheduling: Services provided outside of normal hours (8AM - 6PM, Monday - Friday) are subject to additional charges. Services performed outside service area (more than 12 miles ) are subject to the hourly rate plus $.48 per mile.
- Cancellations: If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service, The Wishing Well respectfully requests 24 hours notice. Cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a $25.00 fee.
*Access to Property: If access cannot be gained to the client's
residence or place of business for service fulfillment, the
client will be subject to the full cost of service.
